History: He comes from a rich northern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He is physically well-built. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His eyes are likewise black. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Valafar was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Farmer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: This man is typically in his Beggar uniform. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has golden hair. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Gimurt hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many drow want him driven away.
