He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. Heian is a bit of a follower. History: The child of a Actor, who enjoyed hunting, Heian was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
