History: Mardnab lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Animal Trainer. She's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Animal Trainer responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and money/treasure

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears a worn and beaten armor. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. She has a dull look in her amber eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Xanaphia embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Xanaphia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She has never given up on her writing dream.
