History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. She dropped out of school to support her sick mother, and resented it. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

Description: She is an attractive woman, lean and moderately muscular. She wears a black cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. Her crest is brass and very short. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and money/treasure

Personality: She is a Masseuse first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Bella was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bella's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has achieved small success as a Masseuse.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
