History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature dagger.

History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting goblins, the young Uthemar began to lead the lost caravan. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a spy and was forced into it by his family
