History: He was born in the north. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: Nala was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
