History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hatae was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her arcane abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: He got into the Laborer business at a young age. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Eleanor hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
