Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Howard hails from a village terrorized by drow. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
