History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After months of barely getting by, Bertram managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He found a children's book about a Tabaxi Aristocrat who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has worked as a Mortician like his father before him.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. Quillathe is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born in the east. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and to unite with her sister

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Braak speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Braak was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Fletcher. He struck the Fletcher job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
