Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Fulbar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
