His father had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Kaladan was heart-stricken from the event, and his mother started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Born in the north to a Barrister, Efferil learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He tends to his Barrister job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
