Description: This eastern man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: Gardain speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Eldeth's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Eldeth liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
