Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lia grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lia. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
