History: Dharg was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dharg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She sports a flattop hair cut. She has green eyes and a black hat with a blue feather.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. After a long history of fighting, Vorka and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
