History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents were killed by giants in a raid when he was still a young child. The giants captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gorga grew up listening to her father's many stories. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Gorga alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
