Upon awakening, Zedaar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Zedaar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
