History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Flogg was born on a far western mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

So far, no-one knows but him.
