History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Neega was a troubled youth.
