Personality: Phelaia speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Phelaia was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Junk Dealer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Junk Dealer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to find somewhere to settle down
