Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Uadjit fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions
