History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
