She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Birel was born with her father's beautiful face. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
