Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Phann was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Ploughman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
