History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Frederick was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
