She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. Cloud was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cloud decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
