Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: To unite with his brother.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
