History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Paymon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: Bertram was born with his mother's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This malnourished man is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. This blue eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Skoth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
