Personality: Joan is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Joan was born with her mother's beautiful face. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Some 8 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Joan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
