History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Anverth was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.
