History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Chassath lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Masseuse responsibilities is difficult; and wants to raise her children well
