Description: A 5'11" southern woman, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her white hair is braided into rings. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Akta is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Akta learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Shoemaker. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Courier, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to be a courier again

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times, and is pretty ugly. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Conrad isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a Beggar, his father struggled to pay the bills. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
