Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His skin is also unnaturally pale. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Adventurer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his greatsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. His hair is silver and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
