History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gifted student she started as a Map Maker, but she got bored and became a Scribe. She tends to her Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
