One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Agnes took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor she uses now. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Lucan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Locksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Locksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rurik embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south.
