History: He comes from a rich southern family. Thamuz was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Laborer. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac
