Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'5". He prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a warhammer. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Pallabar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Sailor like his mother before him.

Motivation: He is content; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This late middle aged man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body and is in decent physical shape. His hair is auburn and very short. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Silvo was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and seeks redemption

Description: This slender woman stands about 6'4". She is renowned for her bright black dresses and hats. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are likewise black.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This slender man stands about 3'4". He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a longbow on his belt. His brown hair is lengthy. He is baby faced.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Architect. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Architect responsibilities is difficult; and he is greedy
