Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nalral embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Nalral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Nalral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she feels threatened by others

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and she desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is dressed in a clean black cloak covering his clean studded leather. He is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly spears and scythes. He has no hair. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Sage but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Mormog lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sage and was forced into it by his family; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
