He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Darrak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for him, and Raam does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
