History: Manea was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bricklayer. She has achieved small success as a Bricklayer.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A freak accident while working with her Mayor father left her crippled. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
