History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Smoking grew up listening to his father's many stories. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Crown-heir and found it very stressful. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 2 years.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Oriel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To unite with her sister.
