Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cumpen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Cumpen was born with her mother's beautiful face. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Malquis embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Malquis lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Leaf was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
