Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kava grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Kava was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the illithids.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her crossbow with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her hair is long and red with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small tan clips. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady violet eyes.

Personality: She is a Merchant first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Eva and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This man is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His hair is short and chestnut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hobart embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Hobart hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Hobart abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
