Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He has violet eyes and a red hat with a tan feather.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kelter embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kelter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This southern man dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with grey slacks. His clothes are grease stained in places. His silver hair is singed and shortened. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: She wears a red tunic with blue highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. She is bristling with hidden weapons, mostly axes and falchions. Her hair is long and blonde with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small red clips. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. After months of barely getting by, Tawna managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
