The war was a terrible time for her, and Malquis does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dench grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Dench abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: Cloud hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: Cloud was born the youngest of three triplets. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She became a Shipwright soon after.
