History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Tod alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Hadarai's homeland. Hadarai decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Whurdred was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
