History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Taklinn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Taklinn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. He wears a colorful flower in his scarlet crest. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Rivaan was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Moon was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Body Guard for the past few years.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
