Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Halflings. Her skin is dark but she possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. She dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. Her hair is black and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears skinny pants and wears a tan and grey robe with the hood down. She has wavy brown hair. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and revenge

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'9" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. She keeps her black hair in a flapper bob. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Navigator arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears an entirely green suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. Her silver crest is smooth and relatively long. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Daar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
