History: Shadow lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Painter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He worked as a nervous Body Guard and found it very stressful. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
