Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tattered old clothes. His purple hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ahrim is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Ahrim was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is greedy

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Carrie grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to work out more often

Description: This younger middle-aged man sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His silver hair is cut short. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Randal took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Randal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
