Description: This slender woman stands about 2'9". She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her chestnut hair is thinning but still full. Her eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Willow hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her childhood dream was to be a Locksmith, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Many orcs want her driven away; and a deep hatred of orcs

Description: He is typically in his Jeweler uniform. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Geoffrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Jeweler, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His white hair is long and unkept. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Conrad took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up pickaxe and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cook they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Knight, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

Description: She is lean but muscular and wears tattered old clothes. Her brown hair is singed and shortened. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Enidda wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Adept, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Tabaxi compassion.
